"Building Plans on a Budget"
A clever extension in the new roof of this once tired brick and tile residence now houses a large parents retreat with ensuite and separate his and her walk-in-robes. The house was extended at the rear to add a light filled kitchen, living, and dining areas opening out to a deck. A new carport was built on the side of the house.
