This two story brick and tile residence was extensively renovated throughout creating a large contemporary family home with the feel of Tuscany. The first floor was enlarged to create 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite and walk-in-robe), study with balcony and roof top terrace. The ground floor was altered to create a large kitchen/family area leading onto a deck. A double carport was added at the front.
